Casting Cooler

Our modern desingned Casting Coolers are available till 50 meter length made for till 40 t/h castings.

Shake Out Machines

Our Shake Out Machines separate castings from Sand after the moulding line.

Vibrating Conveyors

Our Vibrating Conveyors Transport sand and/or Castings till 350 t/h and Temperature of 650 °C.
The Machine length for one conveyor can be till 50 m.

Turbo Stream for Casting Coolers

We developed the "Turbo Stream System" for our casting coolers since 2015. This development gives to our casting coolers a better cooling effectivity till 30% Cooling effect. The dimensions of the casting coolers are the same as before. For this System we use a second airstream inside our casting cooler, which we can Control from outside.
